Great service!!! I made an appointment for an oil change last week and the service department requested to know if I would like them to send someone to pick up my car and drop it off! What a fantastic service! In addition to my oil change, they found a couple of other services that would benefit us, so we followed through with those and used points for approximately one third of the bill! I drove an hour to OH from PA to purchase a truck at this dealership that I found online. When I called to inquire about the vehicle, the salesperson, Andrew, went out of his way to text me photos, as it was a recent trade and did not have photos available yet on the website. He also had the vehicle waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. Andrew, the sales manager, and the finance manager all worked together to get us through the sales process quickly and efficiently, and they all stayed late (after closing time) to get the deal finished so we could drive the truck home. The service here was great and we are pleased with our purchase!

My first experience with having maintenance done on my car in quite a few years has been and was exceptional. I did not have to wait while the work was done, a valet brought me home. When the work was complete the valet brought my car to my apartment. I recommend Classic Ford of Madison to everyone. A very pleasant experience.
Working at a dealership as a sales consultant, I had expectations on a couple of things prepping the deal and car for me since I was 5 hours away. The communication was top notch throughout the entire ordeal. Jon the BDM, Chris in sales (the others are great too, I worked with Chris though), Joe the sales manager, and Mike in Finance all provided direct and exceptional service. The vehicle was cleaned up and inside away from the nasty weather. The facility is beautiful and the staff is phenomenal. I would highly recommend the store to anybody looking for a nice pre owned or new Ford!!
I've put more than $40,000 into my truck this year,most of that at your dealership. I shouldn't be having these issues if any at this point. I've had engine codes still on my truck when picking it up (unsatisfactory), still have exhaust leak that is slowly killing me I'm sure. I'm sooo disappointed and unsatisfied with your service department right now. Seriously considering calling an attorney at this point. I have documentation pictures etc to support my claims. I can't drive this truck more than a couple hours without feeling affects of exhaust leak and God forbid I'm parked and idling. This is a picture of my carbon monoxide detector with alarm after exhaust was said yo be fixed. I've emailed service manager, posted on facebook messenger with no contact back from them. Shane asked me to let him know before a review post well I tried.
I am extremely happy with my entire experience purchasing my new vehicle through Classic Ford, Madison, OH. This includes my salesman, Chris Ward as well as Michael who handled the financing aspect.
